Normal Preventive Service
This service is carried out on a quarterly basis to sustain peak performance and the process entails internal cleaning of equipment, blowing, dusting and diagnostics to ensure free operation and to control extensive wear and tear.
Emergency Maintenance
This service is an on call basis and support is offered immediately upon the client’s report. The turnaround time depends entirely on the client’s location. However, for clients outside Nairobi a minimum 24 hours period will be required. All your equipment is professionally and regularly checked. Parts that are subject to wear and tear in the normal machine life will be attended to either by complete replacement or serviced depending on the results of our investigations.
